Hi Bill,
Well, that's a lot of improv. But fair is fair. Jon turned the tables on his aunt and her new hubby. The only thing that surprised me is that Jon knew they had a loan from Crazy Joe. As I read along, I wondered if he was pulling their leg, just like they did to him.
Nicely penned, Bill. I sure could use a good cup of coffee right about now!
Cheers,
Kimbob

This is an interesting story. The twists and turns kept me on the edge of my seat. I am not sure if John had a mission or if he was part of the improv. I enjoyed reading it. I do notseem any room for improvement. Have a blessed day.

This was an enjoyable story. I only hope Crazy Joe Jr. isn't serious about having the debt paid off. If Jon can forgive the debt for a cup of coffee then he must plan on paying it off himself. I hope it is a really decent cup of coffee.

Hi Bill,
This is a departure from your usual thing. I liked the twist at the end, just a cup of coffee to call it square. I suppose Jonny has a few bucks put by for a rainy day.
Good thing too!
Susan :)

Hi Bill, it had me laughing this one. First I thought it was oka, then I thought blood was going to flow. And then, then it all turned alright. What a cup of good old coffee can do not to mention family ties. Ulla:)))

Bill,
This is a threat story about an unusual family dynamic, but all turns out well. That's love : fights and then make-up, for me to to put it simply.
Great ending.
Good luck, Bill.
Have a nice Wednesday.
Blessings,
Cindy

There's a great story woven into this Bill. Your shorts are incredibly satisfying and, to no surprise, well-written and well-organized. I look forward to your posts. Best, JohnC

Hello Bill, must admit I got a bit lost with this one, I can only read "coffee beware" and if so, I hope all characters do not drink it, a very intriguing read****kahpot

This was a clever story that gave me a chuckle. Both groups had me going. I thought Phil and Phyllis were going to clobber each other and even after that, I believed Jon's little improv. Turn about is fair play, so they say.

Oh yeah? I would be very cautious about that cup of Joe. Gangsters do not ever let stuff go that easy. That couple had better watch their backs for a good little while. I cannot see the nephew having enough clout with Junior to be able to forgive a debt the gangster wants paid in full. Everybody had better watch their backs.
