Bravo! Your mother, it is obvious, was a very wise and giving individual. The living proof in a daughter who not only attests to her wisdom, but who, given the chance is sharing with the world, nuggets of wisdom that are valuable lessons that all should absorb and put into practice. This world would be so much better if people would just avail themselves of the wisdom that is available to any and all who desire it.

The piece is dyn-o-mi-tic, deserving of a six, perhaps not for grammar or structure but for the love you put into it. Talk about earing something on your sleeve. Well done. Enjoy your six stars.

Hi Tom,, this one is going to get framed and put on the wall. Well for sure in my folder that is marked my favorite reviews. Thank you a hundred times over for your very kind review and six stars on this one. I loved the prompt and would you believe that I heard from the CEC last night and told me if I didn't fix it they would disqualify me. I wrote back and told them that I followed the prompt to a T, but they had thought that I had too many lines of my interpretation. So I just got a pm from them saying that after looking at it again, it is fine...... thank you again my awesome friend!! Lol, what's wrong with my structure and grammar?? JK

No, but I am going to. Silly boy, I was just teasing you. I can't do that with almost anyone else. I have a silly or crazy bone that just wants to tease someone or have fun and the only ones I can do that to are you and my grandkids. Maybe a couple others, but that is why you and I get along so well. That is why I wrote JK, so you would know. And maybe you are pulling my leg now. Either way I do love you to pieces my dear friend and can't wait to go read your trilogy

You chose some unusual quotes here Debi and I enjoyed your interpretations. You have not chosen philosophers, but activists, writers and your own Mother. Good teachers are those hidden gems who rarely are rewarded.
Oprah Winfrey has made a living out of exploiting other people's emotions and displayed them on public TV. I'm not sure I agree with this kind of exploitation as it requires some unscrupulous exposing and manipulation, but people just love to find out other people's secrets.

Hmmm. It read to me like her comments were very much directed at Oprha, not your mom. I've never known Dolly to intentionally harm anyone. I'd encourage you to PM her and have a dialogue about this, Debi.
