The author's words made me smile! The poem is sweet, interesting,
descriptive and creative. I liked the first stanza because kindness is the
key to peace for me! The poem flow and connects well. The artwork is
adorable and compliments these words. Hope you are doing well!...Maria

Silly fun with a dash of marketing wisdom...

If the muse is feeling week toss in a kitten, a puppy, a baby or maybe an American flag...

All is forgiven if the "image" pulls at the heart strings!

Chuckling here....

This could be poem of the month!

I.mean...

Kitten!

Now... If you had a poem about a baby, cuddling with a kitten and a puppy...waving an American flag...

    No more calls please!

    We'd have the winner!

I loved it. Your mind runs in strange directions, but you usually give me something to think about or make me smile. That last verse definately saves this one from the garbage bin. You can't go wrong with any poem that has a cute kitten in it.

Yes, your last two lines did get a chuckle from me, Bill. Mind you this little kitten looks to sweet to be mindless. A fun read with some creative rhyming. Enjoyed,
valda.

Awww! I love the picture of that sweet baby kitten! Your poem is far from mindless, even without the kitten, Bill. I loved everything about this piece. Best, JohnC

I like it that you persevered with your nonsensical poem, because the thoughts and mental image of a kitten, does make everything seem better. Very humorous and I love your jocularity, Bill.

Ah, this is precious, Bill. I especially love the poem and ho-em end rhymes. The kitten wins the supporting actor role. Sending you my very best for your writing endeavors.

The poem may be mindless, but so are cats. They never mind you when you tell them to do something (or stop doing something!)

You've written a humorous poem about a favorite subject of mine--cats and especially kittens. They can bring hours of joy, just like reading humorous poetry. Great job, Bill.

I chuckled at the last two lines although I wonder why a kitten instead of a puppy. Maybe this is a not so gentle reminder that poems about a small furry critter are fun to read.

Yes. The readers will forget the words and rate the kitten.

A lesson that I learned early in my membership. If you write anything about a cute animal, be it dog, cat, fish or some other type of animal. Your poem will be well received, perhaps even make All Time Best.
