This is funny. Not for the mouse unfortunately, If that wee creature sees those big eyes peering at him, I doubt if he feels very lucky. He'd better stay very still and hope Mr. Kitty can't get more than his eyes on him.

As a lover of felines - at one time three of them owned us - I thoroughly enjoyed your 5/7/5 offering.
All of our cats were declawed - only venturing outside to sunbathe on our deck. Ground squirrels knew they were safe when Dickens sunned.

Mister Mouse is in the house, but methinks that he desperately wants out. Sometimes we find ourselves in a situation that may or may not be the best choice to have made. Desperately we seek a way out only to find it difficult to escape. Lucky? I will be lucky if I can manage to see tomorrow in the same shape I was in when I woke up this morning.
