Great story. This is also a sad story too. I am sorry for their loss. You did an awsome job at presenting this the way you told it. It is truly tragic what happened to them. It is also humbling and amazing the forgiveness that the family showed. Your descriptions, and flow of words created great imagery, to where I could picture the accident, and your story was rich in theme. Thank you for sharing. This must have been a bit difficult writing this piece, but I am glad that you posted it. Thank you for your notes to further tell more of the story. I think that it is truly amazing that the parents had the compassion to launch a day for forgiveness and celebration.

Thank you, Jacqueline, for your thoughtful and empathetic review. Yes, it was difficult to write, being true, and being the anniversary when I wrote it. But impossible to forget. We all need to adopt the attitude of the parents!
