I am calling this, "Dr. Debi's Prescription Prose" as the treatment plan and "medicines" you prescribe are part of the ultimate reality that can't be seen--a reality much more "real" than anything that exists in the physical world.
Everything we can touch, see, hear, taste, and smell seems real to us but your prescriptions--things that can only be known in our minds, felt in our hearts, sensed in our spirits, and changed in our souls--are much more real than anything modern medicine and big pharma can produce.
Good job on weaning your self from all but what is required and replacing it with large doses of ultimate reality! You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.

Hi Grandma bear, I like your "crazy." It sounds like a fun train to be on. I'm sure you gather quite a crowd. Lol. I do think that "depends" are a side effect of laughing too much. Warning--never mix Goofy with high sugar or energy drinks or you just might end up on the moon. Sis, as they say, Love makes the world go round, and you most certainly make the world spin. I also like your cocktails--compassion and love--what a mix! It's a bartender's dream. Lots of happy customers and some big tips at the end of the night.

(Ha, ha, ha. You, Kelly, and your BIL are the three weakest links that I know. It happens every time to them too. Robby slowly pulls my husband into his "trap" by first asking to watch YouTubes with him and then say, "Let's go on Amazon," or perhaps Target. Grandma bear is stronger. One of us still lives on a budget--lol.)
A fun poem that made me laugh and smile and think of you and my own grandchildren. Have a super week, and get lots of silly, crazy, laughter, and goofy exercise. Well done. Great photo of the grandkids. Xo. M

I think evolutionists call it something else like instinct, but no evolutionary process can really bunt it away. You have come up with a great health plan. Laughter is the best medicine, and I laugh a lot! We're much alike. I do crazy things with my grandchildren and have earned the title Crazy Granny, which is meant to be a compliment. Stay on your plan. It's a good one!

Hi Yvonne. Y'know I once had a doctor tell me that people with serious health issues like you and I have (with us both having lupus) complain less and have a better outlook on things than some with no problems at all. And I suppose that would make sense since we just want to make the best out of everything and make each day count. You are such a sweet woman and i appreciate your very kind review.
