Your words take the reader to another place out into nature. I walk often in nature and just breathing and taking it all in, is so healing and soothing. Excellent use of words that teaches the reader to go outside and breathe in nature's majesty. Excellent use of words and poetic form.

Breathing is essential and breathing in Mother Nature's Majesty is definitely a sure way to sooth the soul.

This poem conjures up some beautiful images of laying in a meadow or a wood just breathing and listening to the birds. It is all very peaceful. The poem has the correct number of syllables for the Cinquain contest so I wish you all the best with it.
