Yes, Aussie, that earthquake was a sad event and made
many wonder why. You did a great job with your contest
entry. You expressed your thoughts and feelings well in
prayer form. I agreed with everything you said. I know the
people affected are suffering, but God is there for them.
Thanks for sharing and best wishes in the contest, Jan

Hi Jan. Thanks for reading. At least many countries are flying in to help. Now Ukraine has asked for planes. The World is unstable on it's axis. Love, Kay.

Anyone that would call this disaster ethnic cleansing has a cold heart. This is a letter from the heart, and it shows. The scenes on our screens are hard to see, but for those living through it, with such strength, is truly heartbreaking. Well said in this prayer/letter kay.
Thanks,
Valda

Hi Barb, The count is over 21,000 now. Yes, I did see the baby alive still attached to her mother. I wonder what is the future for the living. Love, Kay.

Hello Roy, Today I'm praying for Norfolk Is. I've been there twice. 21,000 dead and counting in Turkey/Syria. My heart goes out to them. What is their future now? Love, Kay.

Me too, where do they get accommodation and respite for their grief, must be awful.

Good luck wishes regarding the contest entry, Kay. I will be included in those prayers. I doubt Jesus fed all those people with fish and bread, thank the Father God. Very well done and especially enjoyed. Blessed be n hugs!!

No, He performed a miracle and fed 5,000. I doubt this is going to happen in Syria. And what of the living - their future is unknown. Thank you. Love, Kay xx

You are absolutely correct, it was a miracle. You are so welcome, Kay, love Alie.

I hear your thoughts and read your words. This is a very timely and much needed prayer to God, reaching out for His comfort and help. I cannot believe the number of people dead and the devastation of this earthquake. The body count rises every time I put the news on. May the souls taken find eternal peace. Thank you for sharing this prayer.

I do so wish I still had a six to give you for this. Your prayer for the people in the earthquake areas is absolutely wonderfully expressed. I wish you the very best in the contest, and that God is really pleased with what you have written. Your sister in Christ, Patricia.

This certainly is prayer we can all say amen too. What has happened to these poor people is horrible. Still, God is there and God cares. He allows nature to rebel but that doesn't He doesn't love each and everyone of them. The earth is stressed and we know there will be times when disasters will ocur. I join my prayer with your for these people.

Hello Beth, Thanks for reading and joining my prayer for these poor people. It is the time for the sorting of the wheat from the chaff. Still, that doesn't make life any easier for those left. K xx

This is a well-written letter to God and I agree that those people who are living on the edge of darkness as they hope and pray for their loved ones to be found under the rubble let us hope they are found and if they are not let the prayers abound as they deal with the suffering of loss from this terrible earthquake.

Hi Jesse, Thanks for reading. At least countries including ours; flying in with aid for the living. I can't imagine their grief. And what of their future?
Prayer can change many things. God knows their suffering. The Earth is in her death throes. Blessings, Kay xx

Thank you for writing this beautiful prayer. I was thinking along similar lines, and today posted a very short poem, about the new-born baby found alive in the rubble. Best wishes for your meaningful and heartfelt entry.
