I think in the contest we never know what the judges are looking for. The things you mentioned probably are very important to them as well. I do not enter many contacts just be because I'm not sure what is expected of me. Patricia.

I like how you stayed positive. It seems when I saw this at first, I thought oh no, it will be someone complaining or upset over the imperfect contest. This was cute, to the point, and encouraged me. Thanks!

I am not a loser!I may be legally blind but I am still in there not giving up no matter how many qualifications you all throw my way. I am not a quitter or a loser! No one is perfect, or don't make mistakes or think some one is better than you. Last I looked we were all human.we were put here in this earth to lend a hand when needed.fan story is for not only rich, famous, government oriented oretc. This us a family gathered together her to learn and encourage each other.just stating a fact,were all winners. Remember a writer writes!

The best part of Fanstory are those fine friends we meet like yourself and get to communicate with. Then, of course, with the sweet, comes a few of those bitter old F . . . you'd just as soon avoid. Sadly, these contest seem to be rewarded more so on context that suits the voter more so than how something written. But either way it's nice to win. :-) Hope you're having a great week!

I agree it is nice to win. I have just won 3 contests on the trot in the in house voting competitions which is great for me but I?m not sure I deserved to win. Sometimes I write absolute crap but I think people will vote and it?s nice to win lots of funny money.
