I guess with the "dark new moon," the myriad of stars shine even brighter. While gazing at the stars it's like the perspective of Earth and Heaven are swapped. Nicely done tanka.

Thank you, big sister. I remember lying on my back to look at the stars when I was a kid. It gives a whole new perspective. My sister and I sometimes we would lie on the bed head to head to see our faces upside down. LoL. We looked like aliens. LoL

Love enhanced on an "Ekphrastic Way"
Stars are a good way to show Love, as an i.age that's shining, then falling, then recreated as our Sun.
(A very young and learning Star of Warmth!)

I like your Ekphrastic poem- nicely done - Excellent picture presentation- of the ten thousand visible stars - paints an interesting picture of the night sky- and the dark moon behind the earth- not yet visible- good job! AP
