Excellent

I liked the way this chapter started, Gretchen. I could feel
good things were ahead. I liked what Miranda said about love
and ended with how she said he loved Waylon for real. That
was a great few line. Yes, Missy was still up to her conniving
ways. Mitch was right about her skipping out if she was released
on bail. Miranda's mother came through as a stable woman who
really does care about Miranda and Waylon. The part about
Dougie's truck was intense. I wonder if Missy knows what happened.
I believe she will try to blame Miranda for anything she can
when they have that talk. Bravo for Mitch. I've always believed
he was sweet on Miranda.

A lot of questions to be answered here. It was good to see Waylon and Momma combining in the kitchen, keeping him occupied.

I'm pretty sure Missy killed Dougie or had him killed. I can't wait until we get an answer. I do like Mitch and Miranda together. I think it would make a good match. I'm wondering if with the reward money, if Miranda can't go back to school and maybe work at a job closer to Mitch.
