Happy Belated Birthday and Happy Birthday to Zoe. Reading about her life is always an uplifting experience. She seems to have enjoyed life to its fullest, wringing every moment of joy out of it. You were lucky to have Zoe, and she was lucky to have you. I'm sure you could fill several volumes with stories about your life together.

Sorry I don't have a six but this deserves two of them.

Zoe's life was packed with love and fun. In her 74 years, she lived a life most of us can only dream about because she was intelligent and had a zest to live life to the fullest. She was truly one in a million, maybe even more.
I enjoyed reading your well-written memories of her and your life together. It is a beautiful tribute. So sorry for your losing this remarkable woman.

Holy Cow, Batman! This story was quite delicious. The two of you had to be a power-team.
To read of her life with you was filled with delightful images. Laughter was abundant. Smiles like poured over the top of a flagon of brew.
Well done.

Excellent tribute. Zoe sounds like a gem.
You left out Zoe's response to the 'friend' who claimed she made too much money 'for a woman'. I'll bet she had one.
Best wishes.

Wayne, thank you the kind words. The "friend" was a former boyfriend. She never saw him again. Terry.

Terry, you sure have married a very smart woman, who eventually became a VP of Bank of America. She started from the bottom and went all the way to the ivory tower without even getting a college degree. In this case the common sense trumped education. She should be missed. I'm very sorry for you but you two have had a great life.

Excellent.

Incredibly well-done, Sir. I congratulate you on finding your swan. (They mate for life.) Many never know that joy.

Obviously your work on the spinning blue marble isn't finished. I think maybe writtingnis a part of that.

Thank you for sharing your personal story, my friend. Yes, you are a magical unicorn, Terry. Thank you.

A beautiful dedication to a dearly loved wife, this biography is packed full of rich memories, quotes and descriptions. She sounded a remarkable woman whom you so obviously adored and respected. Her achievements in the workplace were impressive and never the subject of boasting and she seemed to have the ability ultimately to be herself in whatever company she found herself. Most of all, her life and happiness took priority over her work which was a means to an end. All in all, this is a skilful and evocative writing of a lovely lady who will forever live in your memory. Well done! Best wishes, Debbie

Hello Terry,
It sounds like your wife had a very full life. I'm sure that you miss her terribly. It would be very quiet I suppose compared to when she was around. I would think that there would be no regrets, the two of you seemed to enjoy each others company. Thanks for sharing.
Blessings,
Tom

Zoe was a very interesting person, Terry. You did a wonderful job telling her story. It sounds as though you loved her very much. She is lovely and I can see the love of life in her smile.
"I did not let her be herself...I wanted her to be herself."
I like that. Well done. Nancy:)
