You open with a strong simile. You have done a fine job with the Acrostic poem. It is a nice tribute to mothers who are worthy of it. My mother can be on your list of good mothers. Sadly, this a bitter day for some. Or time of grieving. We can have our gratefulness shine.

I really liked, "Patiently Pleasing Year," "Offering Tomorrows,"
and "Discovering Another's Yearnings," something that would make our world a better place to live, if only more people would take the time and effort.
