As the sun descends in the even sky <-- typo? did you mean "the EVENING sky"?
other than that, this was a wonderful imagistic and hopeful poem with smooth rhyme and flow
one suggestion i have is maybe try a dark blue background and a yellowish font to blend in with the cool picture? just a thought ;)

This is excellent. Well said. Well written. Love the rhyme and rhythm. The imagery is vivid to say the least. I love it. There isn't one thing that I can say that needs to be tweaked. Perfect. Cherish
