I agree with you, Gene. This is so well-written and brought back a few moments of that joy. I love the following lines the most:
Through a lens of wonder and awe
ideas march in festive parades,
Just pone thought for correction:
Singing, and dancing without a care, >> no comma needed. :)

when my kids were growing up...I used
to love watching them running and playing...
singing and dancing without a care in the world...
innocent of all the unrest going on in the world...

you have "magical parades"
then a few lines down, you have "magical playground"
maybe look for a synonym for one of the "magical" words?
just a thought ;)
other than that, the word choices were fun, wispy, and light with smooth flow and rhyme
a suggestion i have is maybe try a green background with a blue font OR a blue backgroune with a green font to kinda match up with the fun pic? just a thought ;)

I can remember as a child, how proud I was when I learned a new skill, a new way of thinking or anything new. I loved it when I was able to first began to read, and I was an avid reader, most of my life. I do not read as much now as I used to because my vision is failing me but I do continue to try to read.
