Not quite sure what the word beersplaning means here, but I guess it could be that the beer makes the drinker slur his words and make a fool of himself perhaps? Love Dolly x

I guess I have some 'splaining to do! It's sorta like "mansplaining." It's slang for explaining something that should be clear to most people. Does that make sense? Thanks for your excellent review :-)
