I have not given six stars for months now, but this story so deserves it!!! You have pinned an original, unique plot which is captivating and humorous at times( the kind of humour death makes you feel, ha ha!!)

Even though I know nothing about cards, the explanations of the game were clear and understandable. The Bronx was a nice touch. Well done. I enjoyed the story. Best wishes in the contest.

Thanks Dolly! I wasn't even going to enter the contest, but then I thought about "The Seventh Seal" version of death come a' calling, and after that I couldn't stop.
