This is a neat Kyrielle from the birds point of view. Your poetry sings like the bird who was waiting for Spring but wasn't going to let the snowflkes ruin his day.

I think we are on the side of the birds here as we often feel the same way when Spring takes its time to birth, I enjoyed your fine repeated lines June, love Dolly x

I?m happy you enjoyed this poem on the determination of the little Robin to sing, despite the late arrival of spring. Life can be full of unexpected surprises. But we forge ahead with song! Thank you for sharing your thoughts. Much appreciated!

that is just too cute! His reputation is at stake - funny.
And bless his little "harbinger of spring heart," he's determined to stay, regardless of the weather.
A fun take on welcoming Spring.

It all depends in what part of the world you're living in as it changes so quickly at times. It's August here in Florida where it's to darn scorching hot outside.

This kyrielle, I Thought It was Spring, has the proper formatting and seems to speak to the odd summer weather which has included hailstorms and other unseasonable tropospheric occurrences.

This poem just plain makes me smile! I'm one who often doesn't know the time of day...so it's not a stretch for me to believe a bird might be fooled into thinking spring was ...what? Not here yet? On it's way? Clever refrain line! Kyrielle with Klass! (Oh my, I was trying to be clever)

It's sad when even the birds are complaining about the weather, LOL.
Loved your Kyrielle June, written from this little bird's POV but determined still to serenade.
Nicely done, enjoyed it.
cheers,
valda

This is a well written Kyrielle. It's so artful that you are talking about snow here. To make us feel cool from the heat? Yes. Spring would be idea and winter would be Okay.

Well done.

What a well-written Kyrielle this is. As always, you inspire me. This has attitude and I like it! Not fair the tricks that the weather will play on us and our moods.
