I know I have reviewed a very similar poem recently, so I will try not to repeat myself.
Adam is very brave, and the backstory here is significant - who are these bullies - and how come they too are involved in the Karate competition?
Nevertheless, Adam, who must be a black belt surely, perseveres and wins through to the final, where he meets his nemesis. Being kicked in the kidneys would surely end most bouts and see Adam carted off to hospital - and why would the fight be allowed to proceed?
But, in spite of all that, Adam makes a triumphant comeback, and is crowned champion. A lot to pack into a hundred words. Well done.
