Thank you very much Jessi. She couldn?t believe how many fragments of egg went everywhere! And she said her place smelled of egg for quite a while! Lol.

Nice story with a 'bang' at the end. Your title is okay, and you are right, if you close that other title, the end would have no impact on the reader. I liked it the way you developed it.

That exact thing has happened to me. I used to clean obsessively and I left eggs to boil thinking they were going to beep like a microwave oven does and they popped like popcorn. The pan almost burnt too because the water was evaporating completely. Excellent writing and authentic story. Best wishes!

EGGzactly what did you mean by this? Seriously, I enjoyed this short piece immensely! My daughter will phone now and then with a small crisis, but it's worth it as she phones daily since my wife passed, saying she loves me. Aren't daughters wonderful?
