Ciao!
Looks like Betty is happy to start kindergarten or
is she just happy that because she is starting kindergarten her mom bought her two new dresses, a new vest, new pants, and new sandals?
She even gets to bring flowers in a vase to her first teacher.
My kindergarten days were gloomy...there was a nasty nun that got a kick out of squeezing my cheeks so hard I would start crying .. every damn day.
I would lean backward hoping she would let go instead she would
knead my poor cheeks in between her fingers.

This is a very sweet and very well written 100 Word story you have penned for the contest about Bettys first day of kindergarten. You used great descriptive words and very lovely imagery from the artwork you chose. Best wishes in the contest. love and blessings, teri

This is a sweet story of a three (?) year old girl, who is an obvious joy.
I think every little girl likes the color pink, so it's not surprising that she has clothes that are of that hue.
The daisies and roses sound right too - and the picture enhances the story really well. The little bit of dialogue from Ned gives the story more interest, and Betty's big smile finishes off the narrative perfectly.
Thank you for this well-written flash 100.

You are welcome.
-
Have a great day.
-
That is not fair. I can't read you
r poems
-
Don't know what's happened there.
Don't worry. Must be a glitch.
-
No you told me you don't want me to read your poems
-
That must be true then.
It will be because you have sent me too many messages.
-
No I haven't.
-
Pookie, I will let you back into my poems. I didn't mean to be unkind, but you were asking me too many questions too often. If you can back off I will treat you like everyone else.
You asked me where I live - London. You can read a detailed resume called 'The Magician'. Give me a few minutes to unmute you.
