Well composed. This poet presents an apt choice of language and imagery to build an engaging word picture. The use of the graphic also added to the appeal of this vision of inspiration. I anticipate reading more such poetry.

"Sally's Sight" celebrates the vision created by the mind of an individual, a sight of things that need not be clear via the dwindling limits of her vision. "Each day presents a new canvas" expresses the way in which this brave and unyielding person keeps herself afloat amid the diminishments of human decline. the subject of the poem, this woman, becomes the source rather than the object of light, and this transformation exalts her. This poem is exceptional in its choice of word and phrase, and it is imbued with gentle love and respect.

A beautiful image and poem to go with it, Jessica. I am sure this meant a lot to Sally. Your descriptions are lovely and delicate, like "whispered mornings." I like how you describe the corners of her eyes. Every verse has something so beautifully described without color, just as Sally might see it in her mind's eye:
"Her soul is a vibrant garden...
A rainbow in her grasp."
She is an artist and will always be one in one form or another. The beautiful concluding lines are a perfect way to conclude this lovely tribute. Thank you for sharing it.
