The author's words are engaging, descriptive and creative. I found these
words clearly stating what happened in this scene. The words of this
poem were heartfelt, sad, and upsetting. The feelings described in these
words were intense and extremely painful! The poem flows and connects well. The artwork goes well with both the theme and words of this poem.

Nice work. Although your picture under the poem gives you away. There is someone on this site, that has made it her job to correct, and threaten to report to Tom anything she deems not following her rules, so I would be careful if I were you. Excellent job here.

I love the presentation and imagery... it also looks familiar. Great Phoenix rising from the ashes of deception. The rhyme doesn't sound forced and flows well. I wish you the best in the contest.

Very powerful poem, expressing the anguish of betrayal. The line your love proved so cheap ties in well with a cheap fling. But people do feel better after a while. It just takes time.

Thank you! This was about my first marriage. I have risen again and am re-married and have a wonderful life with two more children. So yes, it does take awhile, but you do recover.

Thank you, Linda! I believe this is the first time you have reviewed me and it is an awesome one! I did read about your two system troubles and as a newbie it had me scratching my head. I hope it does not lead to you or other 'old-school' writers leaving. We need your input, wisdom, and reviews to guide us. Experience is an extremely valuable tool and component of FS.

the old FanStory was a better site...
more open...easier to get around on...
and it's missed by a lot of people...
but either way...there are some amazing writers and people on here...and if you should ever need help...just PM me and I'll help you if I can...or tell you someone who can help you...we are a family...and I want to welcome you here...
