I have often read "children's poems" that seem to require that the child have a doctorate degree. This poem is charming and delicious and appeals to children of all ages.

I loved the picture of the walrus and starfish whose friendship is beyond words, damommy. They tried flying to no avail and now there was no hope for the friendship. Their is always hope. I loved this. Blessings n Hugs!!!

Thank you for sharing this adorable and creative poem with us. I enjoyed reading. As a former first grade teacher, for 26 years, I would read this to my class and asked them to illustrate the poem. I think there's so many descriptions they'd have so much fun.
