I understand that it's difficult for many to believe in what they cannot see, what they can't touch, or promises without written guarantees. But I've found, trusting and having faith opens up senses we never knew we had. And we don't even have to have the "Faith of a mustard seed." :-) Thanks for sharing.

This is absolutely beautiful, for so many reasons! First is that you have a very strong faith, that shines through brightly in every line.
Second is that you regularly specify that this is what YOU believe, i.e., you're not trying to impose your beliefs on anyone but, rather, share them, and the others can decide for themselves.
Next is the idea you bring up that humans do decide for themselves. God presents our options, but it's up to us to choose by which ones we'll abide.
Finally, I love the idea of having faith in inanimate objects, the safety of travel, etc. I know many atheists, and I've always tried to get them to recognize that they do have faith. While it may not be in a divine entity, it's faith that everything we think will happen when we perform a certain action will happen. Faith, of any positive kind, helps get you through the day.
For me personally, I consider myself a total coward, yet I've zip-lined through the tree-tops, gone over the roof of a one-story building and rappelled down, and climbed a tall rock-climbing wall, because I had faith the harness would hold. Without faith, I'd have missed out on these and other exciting experiences. Thank you for reminding all of us, in excellent prose, of the importance of faith, in any form.

How can I not agree with you, you've a very easy summation of faith, its process and the profound but God given knowledge of the gospel, it's amazing for those that believe, with the evidence of the confession can only come through the in dwelling Holy Spirit, beautifully written my friend, blessings Roy
