The author's poem is engaging, descriptive and creative. I enjoyed the
read of this poem and I truly understand why you chose this man as the author states in the last stanza. The first stanza resonates with me "to not be controlled as the author states here promotes freedom". The poem is filled with admiration! The artwork goes well with the words of this poem. I like how you end your poem saying,, " Of all the men whose lives I did traverse,
you are the one I celebrate in verse."

Beautifully done and faultless in its execution. Your story seems to tell of a passionate love that brought you back from the edge of darkness and for which you're eternally grateful. For me, there's a question mark over whether or not this love can be sustained (without further steps) and a haunting mystery hangs over your ending. Thanks for sharing and good luck! Debbie

Methinks it means you love the man, but I'm not sure. Your words are lovely and impressive, (I've read this twice) but I'm not sure, really, what you mean. However, as you said, you wrote a poem about him, so he must mean something to you.

This is a beautiful love poem. We are damaged souls in one way or another and it is a miracle that as many marriages survive as do. Love takes a lot of patience and not everyone has that. It is wonderful a love story which has a happen ending.
