Get yourself a CPAP! Lol. My husband snores occasionally, an "innocent" jostle to the shoulders usually gets him out of it. The coffee and tea is a wise move. Honestly, I have found that while it is wise to assume menstrual cramps to provide sweet comfort, DONT SAY IT!
For example, perhaps she is cranky and you suspect she may be on her period, "Hey I got you some coffee, how about a shoulder rub..."
Not: "You must be on your period..." Lol
My husband has slowly started learning this. Don't mention the period verbally. lol. (Unless she does)
But really, this is hilarious. lol It was probably both the period and the snoring. HAHA
