A new year is like a new start for many. Gung-ho from January 1st, busting their humps at the gym, pushing their plates away, ready for all the changes headed their way each day. Then, by February, tired, worn down, and starving for malted milk balls and Cheeto's, their quest is over. But not those who are truly ready, and it sounds like you are. Wishing you the best!

I agree with you that sometimes we just have to shake off the bad stuff and move ahead with our lives and do the things that feel good to us. This is a very good post for your 750th post. Congratulations on that. I agree with you that sometimes we just have to shake off the bad stuff and move ahead with our lives and do the things that feel good to us. What an interesting lovely peek into your life.
I have never been to any exotic islands except for Cuba. I don't think that counts because the Sergeant just made us dig holes in the sand. Ha!
