I love the idea of painting your life on canvas.
Coloured pictures that capture the joy, the strife and the spice that filled your life.
I like the last statement .. life is a gift and sadly too many waste theirs on drugs, alcohol, gambling, porno, war etc.
The artwork is cool!

Very nice, upbeat and airy. I liked the rhyming, it felt natural, not strained. The last line added a sweetness, perfect ending. I read all the entries, yours was my favorite. You painted a nice word picture for the picture you chose. That earned the extra star for me.
