Lol. Well, that would make sense after all, if you put so much effort to write 80 stories about a character, you put so much more soul into Ohmie than you did reading someone else's character!

It would depend on many things as to the character I like best. At one time for me it was Tom Sawyer or Nancy Drew. I've always tended to indentify with the protagonist of whatever I happened to be reading. Still if I had created a character, I think I might choose that one as my favorite. Since I write mostly non-fiction possibly my favorite character is myself. On no, I can't do that, it sounds too much like someone I know who wants to be president again.

    Thanks again.
(I've made the same mistake - too quick with button punching.)

I promise., It isn't me. I very careful to punch once but my faulty router send at least two most every time.

LOL. Yes, we fall in love with fictional characters of which there are too many to count. But sometimes those we create ourselves seem to come to mind the most often. Most being some culmination of a few of the ones we've been exposed to. Thanks for sharing.

But YOU don't have a favorite?

I don't really have any favorite character. I like different aspects of many.

There is no answer. It's whatever great book or movie you're watching at the moment. I can't come up with a wrong answer. What a wonderfully written piece. I wish I had a six for you. Best of luck with your writing!
Have a great day, and God bless.

AWWWW!!! This is so adorable and it is expressed so well, so that we readers can feel we are listening to, and watching this, in real time. I always go for the lesser known or the underdog so I understand that. I would like to go bac and take time to read Ohme's stories.

This was fun to read and you two are a blessing to us, here!

Best wishes.

Alex

This is a very cute post about your wife and your favorite characters. I think the Ohmie stories I have read were some of my favorites also. There are a lot of great writers on here, but I only follow a few closely. You my friend are one I try to read. Blessings, Teri

Oh, what a delight! I enjoyed this immensely, and now, of course, I am intrigued. I must find the time to look for "Ohmie". (*sigh* -- not enough hours in the day for all I want to do... LOL)

Thank you for your great review!
The Ohmie short stories are a couple years back.
More recent is "The Best Time of Ohmie's Life" a spy story set in modern times.

I heard Pons and Ned were worth reading, but then I did read them and can now say, "They are not." I did re-read an old Fantastic Four comic book a while ago and discovered that the bad guy's name was The Annihilator, not An Alligator, which had never made any sense to me. Of course I was seven then.

At the moment, I'd have to respond with "Alex Cross" because James Patterson's stories intrigue me, but to constantly chose the same one would be difficult. I loved the banter in your story and especially the ending, choosing to go with your fictional character. One you must care deeply about to have written so many stories.

Have a great day! Carol
