The heart is an organ that we could not live without. We have to realize that treating this organ with extra love and care, will help us live a wonderful, healthy life.

I love this - not only an acrostic, but a sonnet too. I'm not sure I've ever seen acrostics written in a specific form like this and it makes me want to try.
By the way, I pronounce genetically as 4 syllables too. I think your poem flowed really well.

This is a clever poem. I guess the reader would call it an ode to one's heart. It is well-written with a dash of humor, like a love poem dedicated to a functioning muscle. The iambic pentameter and rhymes are admirable. Nice read.
