Great poem with a fascinating subject matter and an interesting story line!
I know with poetry, sometimes these things are intentional, but I wondered if you had considered splitting this into stanzas. It's like paragraphs in prose, it's much easier to read and digest than an unending wall.
A possible typo:
Quickly now, her poured a mix (he)
Of solvents draws from alembics (drawn)?
