This is a nice nonet poem. Your syllable count is on point in each line for this contest. I did see a small thing needing correction, in line 4 you wrote "ask God to give yiu sight". Otherwise, nice poem.

This nonet tells an interesting story, but an important feature of the best nonets is a harmonious shape. It would be good if you could change some of the words with that in mind. kay
