This was a lot of fun to read out loud. Your rhyming is for the most part flawless, and actually reminded me of some children's poetry (the rhyming not the content). Humorous topic, when we let our imaginations go wild.
My only suggestion is for this line, which as I read it out loud, did not flow (too many syllables):
There was a big gaping hole right in the driveway
