Excellent, and thank you for the notes, as I did not know of the flower called baby's breath, what a descriptive poem about this photo, as the flowers obviously needed light, very well written and presented****kahpot

I like your wordplay of the flower called "baby's breath" and not only is the bouquet dead, but apparently, a baby had died so it feels like the new moon has "speared the dark nursery." Great story in your short poem!

When my husband was active-duty Army, he was a forensic science expert. He says his hardest death was a SIDS baby. He still hasn't forgotten it. Thank you for sharing this poem with us.
