Sweet thoughts are the best things pets can give. I lost my bf two years ago, and it wracked my soul, though it let me know for about a month after its passing he was doing fine, as I felt his breath on me every morning at first light, our established time to W A L K , and heard his paws on the hardwood floor. Not ever since, so I guess he found a new friend.

Elaine, I could connect with this. My cat is eighteen and in perfect health. She is not rotund but loves to sit in my lap and be groomed. A well-done poem expressing how Puma cheers you up when down.
