Thank you very much for sharing your delicious dinner recipes. I would pair it with a glass of red wine.
I also so say, over the hump, great metaphor.

Definitely going to have to try this one, John. Man, does that sound good. I'll bet those crispy onions and potato skins are just the perfect accompaniment for the steak. Just good, plain, simple ingredients put together in a delicious way. Very nice, clear instructions too. I'll let you know how my wife likes it when I make it. - Jim

I have nothing left to give you but a 5 but I thank you so much for this picture I now have of you cooking and rocking away to The Who at high volume! Your recipe sounds absolutely delicious even though I'm not a great steak eater...I could still be converted here:)) Enjoy your evening! Debbie

This meal sounds delicious, especially the green beans, potatoes. and chopped tomatoes. I had never heard of hanger steak, until you said it is also called skirt steak. Ah-ha. My mom always bought skirt steak grounded twice, for hamburgers and meatballs. Your recipes always provide something new for me to try. I can't wait to try potato skins and onions deep fried to put over steak.

I appreciate your music of choice and the photo has my mouth watering. I would have never thought to add tomatoes to green beans and potatoes but it looks good enough to try. Thanks for sharing.

At the beginning I was wondering I could omit the potatoes, carbs, and do extra green beans and tomatoes, but as I read, I'm pretty sure it wouldn't work. DARN!!! I may try it anyway. Thank you for sharing. I enjoyed reading.
so the cooking time should not be to long. (so, & too)

This came at a very timely manner for me, as tonight we're having flank steak and potatoes. What goes better with it-sweet tea or lemonade? Never mind, now you have me anticipating it, and I just ate!

Another delicious dinner choice from your personal collection. It is obvious that you enjoy cooking. My son went to culinary school for a while but it was not for him. (He has a very good job now and does graphic art in his spare time as a professional.)
Thank you for sharing your favorite menus. Your family is very lucky to have someone who fixes these kinds of tasty and delicious meals for them!

Thank you Lily. My two sons are chefs. One is an executive chef in Florida; the other is now a food buyer for The Westin in Times Square.
I appreciate your review, tremendously.

Thanks for another great meal recipe. I've started printing yours and will begin trying them soon. They all sound so delicious. Great to shout out to Debbie for her poem, and also to enjoy the sounds of the band she profiled. Now...what beer will I choose to accompany this meal?

Wow, no doubt you are a master cook. Just reading this makes me hungry and no doubt I have gained weigh just reading it. Good one, John I see nothing wrong that a good red wine couldn't cure.
