Poetry is very personal, and the poet puts themselves out there for all to see. This poem is very sensual. I enjoyed reading. It's absolutely gorgeous why you presented it.

The imagery you use here shows the palpable yearning of the poet for an absent lover. A beautifully expressed Senryu. Well done indeed. I am in awe of the way in which you handle these Japanese short forms.

You nailed that elusive romantic feeling with those few short words. Nice. I am getting old but never too old for romantic love poems. Maybe if I read enough of your writing it will permeate like osmosis into my brain. Not.
