Hi Iza,
Your short story was very poetic in nature. In it, we see a woman, presumably young, who is in a sort of existential crisis. She sees time slipping by and not sure of her place in it. She's beautiful, we see that in the story. She is a bit detached and disengaged from life.
Thanks for sharing your talent,
Rhonda

Gazing into a mirror our thoughts drifting off to most anywhere. A slight space between pretend and reality, and both blending into one another, making us unable to differentiate between the two. Thanks for sharing.

I like the surreal scene setting here, the dream like atmosphere. It kind of speaks to this idea of perception again; It's all in how you see yourself, not what actually you see. We can be invisible, we can be beautiful for all to behold, we can be in or out of time altogether. estory

This is a very interesting post. I'm curious where it came from. I did enjoy reading and it's causing me to think about it. That's a really good thing. Thank you for sharing.

Good morning, Iza
WE are all caught within that bottle of time at one time or another. Whether it's simply because time is moving to fast or maybe appears to be standing still. Keep gazing into that mirror, because God;s beauty is always there if we let it bloom.
Smiles, Carol

This is a woman confused about her identity here and feels like she does not fit in or belong. We sometimes feel like this in life until we find our feet, a poignant write Iza, love Dolly x

What a thoughtful contemplation! But La Gioconda is the Mona Lisa and I think you're much more beautiful than that portrait by da Vinci!
Anyway, I loved "I closed myself inside the passage of time." Don't worry - God is above Time and He has all our grains of sand in His Hands!
