This is very descriptive and beautiful free form poetry. I feel like I was seeing it all. I've always wanted to ride that highway. On my trip I went up through California on a more inland highway. Thank you for sharing the beauty to seen on this one. Good luck in the contest.

Although if this is the coastal highway I went on when visiting CA a few years ago, you forgot to mention the scary parts. It got a little too scenic view-y for my comfort!

Thank you, my dear, for your kind remarks and thoughtful review, as always. Malachi is doing well for right now. We're still waiting for the bone cell transplant in April. I'll send you a picture in e-mail that I got the other day. You would not know there is anything wrong with him.

I saw that in the last pic/video you sent. He looked absolutely healthy and normal. Praising the Lord for Malachi and all that God will do through this little one who had to learn perseverance and patience at such a young age.
