What a lovely and delightful poem. It flowed so smoothly and musically. The rhyme was immaculate and left this reader more than satisfied. Well written.

Aw this was such a sweet poem! It flowed well, and I had no issues scanning it. It's a very easy read.
My favorite part was "noon, and after". It was a clever way to say "basically all the time" and also rhyme with "laughter".
For a sec I thought this was a sonnet, because it was grouped into 3 quatrains and a couplet, but the quatrains are actually paired couplets. (I think it still qualifies as a modern sonnet.) It could also potentially be converted into a Shakespearean or Petrarchan sonnet if you wanted to enter it into a contest!

Thank you for your review. I don't know what it would be called. I need to learn about sonnets, quatrains and couplets. I enjoy writing so much. It just happens for me right now when the time is right.
