Raely does a Haiku poem have such a strong message. It appeals to the senses, and reminds of the joys that life offers us. A short poem often expresses ideas much better than a long one.

There is something very sensual about a plum. Like a fruit used for sedction. Lol. Maybe that's just me. Your poem put the reader in the moment when senses were awakened. Great poem. Gretchen

Thank you for sharing beautiful poem with us. I enjoyed the alliteration with the 'Plump Plums'. That's a mouthful. LOL Once again, you have presented a wonderful presentation.

don't care for plums, but this has cool imagery
smooth flow of words provoking thought...

I happen to LOVE plums and the juice always runs down my chin. Your picture directs it to a sexy feeling, but the haiku alone makes me think of laughing together at the stickiness. More joyful than sexy. I really want a plum now. :-)
Beautiful poem and presentation!

I guess the lips are quite plump (hopefully not due to injections) and plum-colored due to the right lipstick. It's good that the lovers can enjoy each other's sweetness.
