Once your words were true not so much anymore.
Once a party leader has been voted to power he/she seems to do as he/ she pleases.( or told by the EU member in Bruxelles)
The voice of the people lately is ignored.
The French have been protesting for two years to send Macron away but he doesn't budge.

I've voted in 49 elections; I never-but-never miss. But this year, I do NOT know what I am going to do. I can't even go the "lesser of two evils"/hold my nose and pull the lever route because they are both THAT atrocious. I do not want to have had any responsibility in having helped elect either. I truly am in a quandary. I'm pretty sure I'm going to write in my dog's name.

Everything that makes me think Biden might be unworthy comes from the mouths of other people. Everything that makes me think Trump is unworthy comes from his own mouth.

Even someone who's older than our grandparents and equally infirm?
But I don't disagree. Trump is the end of civilized life.

If I listen to Biden talk for even two minutes (or see him walk/fall, which is constant), I am left with NO confidence in his ability to be in charge of a country whatsoever. Honestly, he should be in an Assisted Living facility.
But I can't in good conscience vote for his opponent, either.

If Biden dies who would replace him? Are they worthy?

I think that this is a great 5-7-5 poem. You should always use voting as an opportunity to speak your mind. You should never be silenced. I know as writers, we value the opportunity to speak our minds. Great job!
