I thought this was beautiful. Your poem beautifully captures the journey of navigating life's trials and tribulations. I love how you share the daily chores of life. But you find time to do what you need to do including entering this contest! haha. Loved it.

I hope you can relax and enjoy your son because you are right, soon another day will be done and then another year and so on. Enjoy the moment and don't worry about the rest. My youngest will be 56 this month and I don't remember the days the beds were made but I do remember the times we shared together.

Thank you, Janet. Yes, this is my oldest son and he is in his thirties. He moved back in with me to help me out when my husband passed away because I am disabled. Thank you for reading and reviewing.
