From your notes it seems skating is certainly a favourite family passtime, and with romantic overtures. I'm sure the fun you had was worth the bruises, Debbie. Also your title's missing a t.

When I was younger and took skating a lot more seriously and bruises a lot less seriously, we used to say that it wasn?t a good session unless you fell. Nowadays, it?s not like that. Lol I don?t care if I learn a new jump or a new spin or a new whatever. I just don?t wanna look like an idiot idiot and embarrass my family. Lol don?t know if I?ll ever go again, but it was a great time.

It took me a minute to realize what a Skae Date was from your title. LOL. It's always fun to get out do those things we remember has fun, and especially when we get to do them with the grand kids. LOL. Thanks for sharing.

oh my goodness! I didn?t realize I goofed the title. Blind people in cell phones? What are you gonna do with us. Lol I will fix it and do appreciate your point it out. I used to spin and dance and do jumps? But I could go forward and backward still so I feel like that?s a win. 😊

This sounds like a fun day with the grandkids.( I think you're missing a word at the end of the first line of the final stanza.) I can picture your husband tackling you to keep you from skating. Mine would do the same! I'm glad you weren't injured. Blessings. Carol

That?s a couple of bruises for a day like that? 😊 I don?t know if the kids will remember it forever, but I will. I used to spin and dance and do jumps? But I managed to go forward and backwards, so it?s pretty happy with myself. It was turning from backward to forward when I fell. I just can?t quite remember that move. Or maybe I?m just not as flexible as once I was. Lol I?m glad you enjoyed and appreciate you pointing out the boo-boo. M

This is a fun post as we all love skating if we can stay upright, of course it can also be dangerous as we are prone to injury!

Thank you, Dolly, for showing me a boo-boo! 😊 I always say something like, "blind people! What are you gonna do with us? "And mean it is a joke but sometimes? Lol it?s pretty tough on an iPhone, but I?m getting the hang of it, I think. I?m gonna go back and fix the goofs and really do appreciate you.
