It sounds like you had fun on stage, which might mean you've found your calling. Or at least it might be fun every now and then. LOL. I have to ask, whose cat? That might be the biggest domestic cat I've ever seen. Thanks for sharing.

Necessary well written, and I enjoyed listening to it very much. Your paragraphing in your sentence structure are both very good. You have done a good job with using dialogue to tell your story. I appreciate your font size and your color combination. Patricia .

I couldn't help but smile as I read. Meeting new people is hard. I think it is for almost everyone. I couldn't find any way to improve this post. It's a good write.

Social anxiety comes through loud and clear in this conversation between yourself and your alter ego, and I like the personality, the sense of self depreciating humor that we find so inviting to your situation. We all go through these bouts of worrying if we can fit in, if the world will accept our idiosynchroses, our strange habits and our physical appearance. And we have to laugh at ourselves to keep our self esteem on an even keel. estory

This story, Meet Up, brings a conversation around that measures the ends one goes in order to light a fire under inspiration and get the idea stove steeping.

I know exactly what that is like. I hate going to new places to meet people on my own. I would just stant there like a wall-flower. I can't push myself into other people's circle of friends, in case they look at me like an interloper. Well done! Iza, I was with you all the way. :)) Sandra xx

This wee story gripped me from the beginning to the end. How often do we humans get disappointed when the reality does not match our hopes? The conversation style and pep talk are believable. The reference to Cinderella is brilliant. Loved it, and I would like to read more of your work

Those forced social settings are always so awkward. I'm glad you were able to tell jokes and tried to fit in but no one feels relaxed enough to fit in. I'm glad you are trying all those different things but please be yourself. Don't change YOU! God made a gift of the uniqueness of you. Thanks for sharing!
You may have already fixed - I had a long interruption between opening your post and reviewing it:
know it's to late (too)
want to attened. (attend)
clan of the unfitted (clan of the misfits ?)
preffer ... Cats?" (prefer)
Did they had cats?" (have)
"Retreat" and disappeared!" ('Retreat' in single quotes) Depends on the quote within the quote rules between American vs British English

What a gorgeous giant Maine Coon cat. The reader will be curious as to what she will have to say about that group. This is actually a great insight: :such a variety of people trying desperately to fit! I don't even know why I am trying." the stream of consciousness that's going on in here is very valuable We can all identify with it. Well written
