Yes, you did describe the fury of the sea.
You have the right amount of syllables for this poem.
The colors as well as the picture are beautiful and good luck with your poem.

Rod,
Take the shekels for your third highest score in this contest and run with them(-;
The relentless blows (un-reviews or votes) did not bother you either.
Do like your overall presentation.

Some great imagery here in your 25 syllable verse. I like the "hump backed waves" rather than whales, then "belt" and "body blows" give a powerful impression of the force and fury of the sea. Excellent! Good luck! Debbie

The writer's words assemble a turbulent shoreline relentless in its attack on nominal human sensibilities. Daring even in the human mind such an approach. Human history is littered with accounts of such daring spirits who have settled their very own selves in the balance between death and life. Stormy Seas evokes such a passion as it is repeated.

I absolutely love this and the graphic you used to go with it. The sea is mighty and so is it's roar. You did a good job of describing this. I wish you the best of luck going forward.
