This is an excellent entry for the 75 words flash fiction contest. So many of us have felt the need of a caring presence at some point in our lives. If I didn't know better I would swear that mental fragility was on the rise. kay

This is excellent for such a short post. There are times when a person desparately need to know they are not alone. For a strangers to read the need on another's face and be the one to step forward and reassure the person they are there for them is a wonderful act of compassion.
