This is a lovely poem that says all of us can begin again. Most of us take breaks from something that we really enjoy. Sometimes we come back and sometimes we don't. Your poems always bring realism and remind us that everyone of us have had sorrow and pain in our lives, but we can overcome.

Sorry I wasn't here back then. I am more likely to see wake me up from you then a fan story response.
Right now, I am babysitting my two-year-old granddaughter and trying to catch up on a months worth of thank youse in between her questions and her needs that only GRAMPS can handle. We've talked about cut and paste before. You may possibly see this again.

Hey Sweetie, I had so many tributes in a row that if I don't get the early ones thanked, they get pushed back. And I wish there was a button to push to do the older ones first, instead of having to go to the reviews under the poem.

It is so good to hear from you, Adonna. Earlier I had seen you had a poem and and of course read it right away, but I was in my bed yet on my floating IPad and it is hard to write without a keyboard, so I told myself I would get up and review it at my desk, as I also love the friendship of you and so many others here. So I get up and I turn on FS and here you are on my page.
Yes, Carol is a lovely person and she may be whooping it up for a week here as she and many of us are having fun with her. Read her birthday post to herself and you will see what I mean about Carol. She is a hoot!
Anyway, thank you so very much for all the kind words and for still coming to see us while you are going thru so much personally. After all FanStory wouldn't be FanStory without you. Thank you so very much for the honor of your six stars. So I will see you on your post in a little bit.

Dearest Valda, I thank you so much. I know for myself I don't know what I would do without you, my best friends in the whole world. Literally!! Haha.
Carol has had a very interesting life and I wish there had been room to share more, but I am sure she does in her stories.
