This is very nice. Though adults, they are cowards when it comes to matters of the heart. A classic tale, that is all too true, too often. Love is for the brave of heart. A solid entry, with a good rhyme scheme.

I like how you tell us this story of unrequited love from two different viewpoints. It's obvious that both the man and woman are smitten, but can't find the courage to speak out.
